Somewhere along her successful career path Siobhan Costello realised that she had become ‘a square peg in a hole.’
It was this insight which prompted her decision to take early redundancy and set off on the path to self employment.
Today, Siobhan runs two closely aligned businesses and feels as though she’s ‘finally in the right place’. She is in no doubt that she made the right decision having created a working life which provides her with:
‘…..huge satisfaction and a huge sense of accomplishment that I’ve never had in anything I’ve ever done before…. a sense of ownership around something that I’ve made happen and a sense of fulfilment that’s beyond belief.’
During our interview, Siobhan shares her journey from palliative care nurse to successful prime time business owner who ‘can’t wait to get out of bed and start the day.’

Lovely interview Karen, Siobhan is inspirational.
Thanks for bringing people like her into my world. So much more personal than looking at websites all the time.
I’m up for an interview if you’d like to!

She certainly is inspirational – it seems to be a common characteristic of the ‘prime time’ tribe! And YES, I’d love to interview you Priya, so let’s do it! I’ll be in touch.

Really inspiring interview, thank you ladies.
I first met Siobhan when doing my NLP Master practitioner training and she was assisting, and it’s been really inspiring to see her and her business develop over the past 3 years.
I love what she says about when you know there’s a niche you HAVE to fill it. I suspect that’s what drives so many of us to create our business. And I echo her comments about feeling like she’s finally in the right place and how wonderful that feels.

Thanks, Lesley – I particularly loved how she describes what she does as giving her ‘a sense of fulfilment that’s beyond belief.’ Magic!
